Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Buer ("the Service"), which is operated by Sun Bo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means:

• Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.
• Your payment information is securely processed by Paddle, not by Buer directly.
• Refunds and billing inquiries may be processed through Paddle's systems.

Your Account

When you create an account with Buer, you are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your Encryption Private Key: Your private key is essential for accessing your encrypted data. We do not store or have access to your private key. If you lose your private key, we cannot recover your data.
• Maintaining account security: Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others.
• Account activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Buer for:

• Any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Storing, sharing, or transmitting illegal content
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls
• Using automated systems to access the Service without permission

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Sun Bo (operating as Buer) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of the content you create and store within Buer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buer shall not be liable for:

• Data loss due to lost private keys: Since we use end-to-end encryption and do not have access to your private key, we cannot recover data if you lose your key.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
